Coles recently introduced 'Down, down, prices are down' which has been lowering major products, such as meat, bread and milk to very cheap prices. Because of this, Woolworths has been in competition with Coles, and have lowering their prices to compete.
Not only helping the customers paying little amounts of money to save a good amount, but farmers and those who create the products are now being ripped off. By lowering the price, the farmers don't get the proper amount of money, considering the fact that he or she has to pay Coles. Hence, farmers have to lower their production rate.
It is proposed that Coles and Woolworths should raise their prices on major products.
