In 1975 Australian Democracy was tested to its limits with an APPOINTED representative of a foreign head of state, dismissed someone we had VOTED for. This was of course PM Gough Whitlam.

Do you believe that as Australians, our civil rights are curbed by the fact than an appointed person can dismiss someone we voted for?
