Parents Responsibility for their Child's Crimes
The issue is that parents of children (under the age of 16) should be held accountable for their child's criminal acts. On one hand, if the proposal is put into place it could potentially result in better and more responsible parenting and parents would become more aware of their child's actions, and, it could result in a lower crime rate in children because of more controlled parenting. But, on the other hand, parents could be punished even though they are unaware of their child's criminal act. What do you think?
