A short while ago, there was a law implemented which means cigarettes can only be sold in plain, olive green packaging, with no brand name and only a grotesque picture on the front. This was to discourage people from purchasing cigarettes after a study in the UK proved that many children liked the appearance of cigarette packaging and that this would influence them into buying a packet. However some people argued that there should be a law implemented which means that people born after the year 1999 will never be able to buy a packet of cigarettes in their life. What do you think?
It is proposed that children born after the year 1999 should never be allowed to buy a packet of cigarettes.
